Finsbury Estate Tenant and Resident Association
FETRA holds general meeting which are open to all residents of the estate. We hold about four general meetings a year. At these meetings we have discussion on issues that are of importance to tenants and residents of the whole estate or certain blocks of the estate.
Between general meetings elected committee members meet to follow through on things discussed at general meetings. Committee meetings are also generally (but not always) open to everyone on the estate who might wish to attend.
Notices are put up in the entrances of blocks of flats and sometimes through each door.
Meetings are held at Unity Room, which is situated between Michael Cliffe House and Joseph Trotter Close and is opposite the children's playground. It is wheelchair accessible.
